Acupressure is an ancient form of energetic body work based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It is a non-invasive modality; no needles are used. Gentle pressure is applied to specific points along the energetic pathways of the body in order to restore the balance and flow of energy. It can be used for general wellbeing, performance improvement, or to treat a variety of emotional and physical conditions in animals.
Acupressure aligns the Chakras, removes energetic blockages, encourages the flow of energy to vital organs and promotes emotional and physical wellbeing. It is used with effectiveness in animals to assist in the treatment of a variety of acute and chronic medical and emotional conditions, such as injuries, organ dysfunction, age related problems and fear and reactivity. When combined with massage, it is also a wonderful modality for improving overall wellbeing and competition performance.
